Requirements:
- Requirements:
- 3+ years programming experience and/or leading IT projects.
- Strong C# programming knowledge
- Strong Web programming / Database knowledge
- Strong ability to translate business requirements to functional applications
- Able to lead a small team of developers
- Plus:
- Billing Systems background
- Oracle Database Knowledge
- Experienced in managing IT environments (security, back-ups, etc.)
- Pay grade:
- Manager level
- Consistent with experience and skill
