You will be in charge of and directly responsible for a team of 4 programmers and 1 Web designer. Lead Programmer

Responsibilities:
What you'll do:
- Manage all aspects of the software life-cycle, from technical specification to QA
- Translate product specifications into technical specifications
- Help and manage the members of your development team as they complete your technical specifications.
- Maintain and scale system architecture
- Work closely with the project manager to deliver website features on time, with minimal bugs
What we're looking for:
We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in computer science with experience leading software teams. The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of all aspects of the software development life-cycle
- Experience contributing to and leading development teams
- Good English skills
- Strong web-based programming and debugging skills (Drupal, JQueryUI, MySQL a plus)
- Strong CSS and cross-browser knowledge
- B.S. (S-1) in Computer Science or Web Design or related field from a top tier university (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Driven and self-motivated, a self-starter who can work without needing direct supervision
- Expertise with SQL, PHP, Javascript, Web Services, Databases, Version Control, Web Design
- Strong Leadership skills
- The ability to work with deadlines.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): JQueryUI, Java, MYSQL.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jogjakarta.
- Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
